If you want a killer workout without having to commit to training in MMA, Kaizen MMA Melbourne now has a 30 minute cardio class at the beginning of our class designed for fight preparation and as a high intensity warm up to get s started.
This class is now open to anyone who wants to give it a shot. Incorportaing some MMA techniques as well as some straight conditioning work and yoga stretches, this workout is continually changing and improving to give our students the best possible workout we can provide.
So if you are looking to get fit, gain flexibility or lose wight, this is well worth the effort!
